Dear Iris, thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding cake so beautiful- the only problem with the cake was, I didn't want to cut into it! when we finally did cut the cake and had our first bite- it was delicious! You are such a talented artist Iris but beside the obvious you are also so gracious and kind and I will never forget that.

You made a fantastic career choice in cake decorating. It is truly your calling and you go above and beyond and that's what makes you so special and why you will find continued success! I happily recommended you to the many people who commented on the cake!
